EG-D-3 — Mango (Glenn)

Among the most reliable mangos for the home grower, the Glenn is a disease-resistant, moderately-vigorous grower. The early-to-mid-season fruit is excellent— richly flavored but not overly spicy.

Our Glenn, tree EG-D-3, was obtained in 2013 from Crowley’s Nursery. One of its main branches, loaded with fruit, snapped in the heavy rains of May, 2018, but the tree still produced a nice commercial crop in 2018. It should recover quickly.
