Peaches

May is peach season here in Florida. After the warm winter, plus the heavy thinning we always do to improve fruit quality and minimize stress on our trees, this year’s crop is relatively light. It’s mostly sold, to private customers and to our St. Petersburg friends at Kenwood Organic Produce. We’ll se what next year brings.
