Caloosa Rare Fruit Exchange November Meeting
The November meeting of Ft. Myer’s rare fruit tree organization will feature a presentation by yours truly, SweetSong Grove owner Darryl McCullough. The talk, Fruit Tree Paradise, will cover a number of topics including fruit tree horticulture and the role of locally grown tropical fruit in Florida’s Suncoast’s food markets. And of course a bit about SweetSong Groves.
Some special instructions for parking and entering the Fort Myers-Lee County Garden Council Building.

Park in back of the building in field closest to Larchmont Ave.

The actual address is 2166 Virginia Ave. though only four cars can park inside the fences and we need to reserve those for members who can’t walk far.

Drive on McGregor Blvd from downtown, turn left on Larchmont Ave. at the SW Florida Water Mgr. Building just before The Edison Estates.

Building will be on your left before the next intersection.

There is ample parking, very close to entrance into the room.
Come at 6:30 p.m. for social time and 7 p.m. for the presentation.
