Biew Kiew is a productive commercial longan variety that originated in Thailand. Though the seed is not particularly small, the flesh is tasty and sweet.
Our Biew Kiew was obtained from Fruitscapes nursery on Pine Island in late 2013. It took a hit from Hurricane Irma, but it is again vigorous. Production was light in 2019 but we hope for a big crop in 2020.
