Big Jim Longan

Our Big Jim longan fruit is ready to begin harvesting. Despite the dry winter, it produced heavily. We thinned out the fruit quite a bit, so the remaining ones should be large and juicy. It’s still getting tastier, and we are waiting for peak flavor to bring this year’s crop to market.
